Your results are our number one priority. Vertexera's objective is to provide you with the best quality data to achieve your marketing objectives. Vertexera's data quality process is thorough. Lists are updated monthly (some weekly),and we use Postal-approved address standardization software and the USPS' NationalChange of Address (NCOA) to identify changes. Lists are also double-or triple-verified against multiple sources as an additional integrity check.

No list is perfect however, and some of your mail pieces may not be deliverable as addressed. People move, companies go out of business, names change, etc., and it happens at a documented rate of about 1 1/2% to 2 1/2 % each month. That's up to 25% change per year-1 in 4 names!

Vertexera's deliverability guarantee is designed to help you reduce your financial exposure on bad addresses you may rent from us. It is one of the highest deliverability guarantees offered in the direct marketing industry.

96% Deliverability Guarantee. You will receive a 25¢ credit for each undeliverable address in excess of 4% of your mailing quantity.

For example, if your mailing quanitity is 10,000 and you get 500 undeliverable mail pieces returned, your credit would be in the amount of $25.00 (10,000 x 4% = 400; 300 - 200 = 100 x 25¢ = $25.00).

Returns must include the postal reason for why they are undeliverable and a copy of your Postal Form 3602.

Telephone numbers and e-mail addresses are not guaranteed.
Undeliverable mail must be returned to Vertexera within 60 days of your invoice date.
Credit may be applied to any Vertexera service.
Vertexera does everything in its power to ensure the accuracy of ourlists, but we cannot guarantee the success of your mailing. We are notliable for any damages you may sustain through the use of our listsand in no event shall our liability exceed the cost of the list.
